Abstract

Qui n'a jamais ressenti un peu de trac avant de prendre la parole en public ? Pas grand monde, assurément. Pour certains, le niveau de stress et d'anxiété est si élevé qu'il est tentant de boire un petit verre d'alcool avant de prendre la parole en espérant que cela aidera à se dérider et à devenir un meilleur orateur. Il faut donc imaginer que certains salariés disposent d'un petit bar clandestin dans leur bureau pour la bonne cause : il ne s'agit pas de boire pour oublier ses problèmes personnels ou bien la dureté de ses conditions de travail, mais pour améliorer sa performance à l'oral. Mais un petit verre avant un discours produit-il vraiment l'effet recherché ?
