Abstract

Promouvoir la diversité en entreprise est une chose facile à faire, mais difficile à réaliser. Les dirigeants disent souvent que la diversification de la main d'œuvre (en termes de sexe, âge, origines ethniques…) est une affaire de temps car ils s'accrochent à la théorie de l'onde (ou du développement viral) : une goutte d'eau dans une mare se propage progressivement, lentement mais sûrement. Cette théorie suppose l'existence d'une solidarité entre les membres des groupes minoritaires ou défavorisés.
