Abstract

Le cyberloafing, que l'on peut traduire en français par le fait de surfer sur Internet depuis son bureau et pendant ses heures de travail pour sa convenance personnelle (répondre à ses courriels personnels, lire des blogs sans lien avec son activité professionnelle…), est considéré comme un fardeau pour les employeurs. Cela réduit le temps de travail réel et l'engagement au travail, donc la productivité. De plus, cela pose des problèmes de sécurité informatique. Une étude indique que, dans 59 % des cas, l'usage d'Internet par les salariés ne serait pas pertinent pour leur travail. Mais comment lutter contre ce phénomène ?
