L’apprentissage formel favorise-t-il l’apprentissage informel ?

Abstract

L'apprentissage informel au sein des entreprises comporte de multiples qualités. A côté de l'apprentissage formel (les sessions de formation traditionnelle, le e-learning, la reprise d'études universitaires financée par les entreprises…), l'apprentissage informel contribue à développer les compétences des salariés et leur adaptation à leur environnement. L'apprentissage informel a aussi l'avantage d'avoir un faible coût. Quand votre collègue vous explique comment faire des tableaux croisés dynamiques sur Excel ou bien partage avec vous ses retours d'expérience, cela ne coûte presque rien à votre employeur alors que cela lui rapport gros puisque votre productivité augmente. Le problème, c'est que l'on ne sait pas aujourd'hui comment les entreprises peuvent encourager le développement de l'apprentissage informel en leur sein.
