Abstract

Tout manager qui se respecte (ou qui a suivi une formation au management de base) sait que donner des feedbacks à ses collaborateurs est un des rôles clés qui lui incombe. Mais une fois que l'on a dit cela, on n'a pas dit grand-chose. Les vraies questions consistent à se demander comment donner ce feed-back, c'est-à-dire à quelle fréquence, sur quel ton et à quel moment, afin qu'il renforce la motivation des salariés ainsi que leur performance au travail.
