Abstract

Parue dans le Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, cet article se demandait quelle était l'incidence des résultats d'une équipe de football sur les performances au travail de ses fans. Les victoires et les défaites des joueurs sur le terrain se traduisent-elles par des variations de la productivité des supporters le lendemain ? L'enjeu est immense puisque les stades accueillent des dizaines de milliers de spectateurs, sans compter ceux qui restent au chaud devant leur télévision.
