Abstract

Il apparaît tout d'abord qu'il n'y a pas de différence significative dans la qualité de la relation manager-managé quand les deux personnes concernées ont tous les deux un handicap ou bien quand aucun des deux n'a de handicap. Le fait d'appartenir à une même minorité explique sans doute une bonne compréhension et empathie entre managers et managés ayant tous les deux un handicap, ce qui leur permet de nouer une relation identique à celle de managers et managés « standard ».
