Abstract

A travers trois études, Karen Douglas et Ana Leite mettent en avant que les salariés qui ont le plus tendance à croire en l'existence de complots au sein de leur entreprise sont plus nombreux que les autres à envisager de changer d'employeur. Ils se caractérisent aussi par une moindre implication et une plus faible satisfaction au travail. Imaginer qu'un petit groupe ne suit que ses propres intérêts et cherche à nous manipuler a en effet de quoi démotiver et faire perdre tout son sens au travail.
