Abstract

Pour mieux comprendre le lien entre pouvoir et harcèlement sexuel, Melissa Williams, Deborah Gruenfeld et Lucia Guillory, chercheuses au sein des universités américaines d'Emory et de Stanford, se sont lancées dans plusieurs expériences consistant à placer des participants dans différentes situations de pouvoir et à observer leurs comportements. L'intérêt de leurs travaux est qu'ils mettent en avant le phénomène de gain de pouvoir, c'est-à-dire le comportement de ceux qui n'ont pas l'habitude d'avoir du pouvoir et qui, de manière nouvelle, jouisse d'une situation où ils en ont.
