Abstract

Au-delà du recrutement de candidats plus créatifs que la moyenne, ce qui constitue le premier réflexe managérial, comment accroître la créativité de sa propre équipe ? A cette question que se posent nombre de managers, Lei Huang, Dina Krasikova et Dong Liu, chercheurs respectivement dans les universités d'Auburn, du Texas et de Géorgie, apportent de précieuses réponses. Ils ont en effet étudié 106 managers ainsi que leurs 544 collaborateurs au sein d'une entreprise technologique située aux États-Unis. Et qu'observent-ils ? Que la propre créativité du manager est un facteur déterminant de la créativité démontrée par son équipe.
