Abstract

On pourrait penser que présenter ses excuses à un collègue permette d'éviter l'escalade d'un conflit quand on sait qu'il suffit parfois d'une broutille pour que des relations interpersonnelles dégénèrent. Des études précédentes avaient montré que la présentation d'excuses avait un effet positif, mais limité pour obtenir le pardon quand l'affront commis était intentionnel et quand les relations entre la victime et le coupable étaient des relations distantes.
