Abstract

Rire est-il bon pour la performance ? A priori non : quand on voit des collègues rigoler au cours d'une réunion, on se demande s'ils travaillent réellement. Ils passent pour des tire-au-flanc. Les réunions où le rire est de la partie sont pourtant extrêmement positives pour le business, affirment (très sérieusement) deux chercheurs1. Ils ont en effet filmé des réunions de travail et interrogé les managers sur la productivité de celles-ci, ainsi que la performance observée deux ans plus tard au sein du collectif de travail.
