Abstract

La fonction RH est-elle appelé à mourir ? Aussi cocasse soit-elle (nul ne se pose ce genre de question pour la finance ou la logistique), cette question revient aussi régulièrement que celle du sexe des anges. L'avènement des « moocs » et du « big data », c'est-à-dire des formations en ligne ouvertes à tous et du traitement de données à grande échelle, incitent certains observateurs à reposer cette question. D'un côté, les services formation n'auraient plus de sens puisque chacun pourrait picorer en ligne les modules de formation dont il aurait besoin. De l'autre, les RH tendraient à être réduites à une équipe de geeks, experts en contrôle de gestion social, bons à inonder les managers de chiffres pour les aider à gérer leurs collaborateurs.
