Abstract

L'objet de leur recherche était d'observer le lien entre rémunération et absentéisme. Alors que la plupart des DRH humaines ont tendance à voir ce phénomène comme la preuve que les salariés sont paresseux et que la valeur travail décline, l'explication d'un grand nombre d'arrêts de travail n'est-elle pas à chercher ailleurs ? Par exemple dans la démotivation produite par un sentiment d'injustice.
