Abstract

Cela ne fait que 50 ans que le MBA d'Harvard accueille des femmes. Pour fêter cet anniversaire, trois chercheuses maison, Robin Ely, Pamela Stone et Colleen Ammerman – les chercheurs sont bien moins nombreux que les chercheuses à s'intéresser au genre – ont interrogé 25 000 diplômé(e)s de cette université pour prendre de leurs nouvelles. En termes d'aspirations, les réponses des hommes et des femmes sont similaires. Un écart apparaît cependant quant à leur réalisation : les femmes atteignent moins leurs objectifs de carrière et sont moins satisfaites de leur vie professionnelle.
