Abstract

Manfred Kets de Vries, chercheur en psychologie à l'Insead, rappelle en effet dans la Harvard Business Review la dimension thérapeutique de l'écriture. C'est pourquoi il demande aux dirigeants en formation continue de coucher sur papier une expérience difficile qu'ils ont dû affronter dans le cadre de leur vie professionnelle. Les leaders racontent alors souvent les bienfaits apportés par cet exercice : l'effet cathartique joue à plein.
