Abstract
Notre article vise à comprendre les usages de la télémédecine qui se pérennisent, dans un contexte de post-adoption, depuis la pandémie du Covid-19. Ces usages permettent de mettre en évidence les défis sociétaux, organisationnels et techniques d'un dispositif majeur de la santé numérique (e-santé), qui sont riches d'enseignement, à l'heure de l'adoption des technologies de l'information émergentes (TIE) en santé, telles que l'intelligence artificielle ou la blockchain. Nous combinons l'analyse bibliométrique de la littérature influente et récente, et la Grounded Theory (BIBGT), pour engager une compréhension critique de ces usages. Notre codage systématique des 63 documents retenus en appliquant un couplage bibliographique, fait ressortir les principaux thèmes de recherche actuels, ainsi que les principaux défis liés aux praticiens, et aux patients dans la post-adoption de la télémédecine. La poursuite de ce travail contribuera à la recherche sur l'adoption des TIE dans le secteur de la santé.
