Abstract

Dans le cadre du projet pédagogique et de recherche en ludopédagogie EdUTeam, nous avons mené trois séries d'expérimentations ludopédagogiques pour comprendre les dynamiques de l'intercréativité et du flow collectif. Ces travaux ont été réalisés avec des wargames multijoueurs et ont fait l'objet d'une publication scientifique dans la revue Interdisciplinaire Management, Homme & Entreprise à l'été 2025. La conférence est une synthèse de ce travail de recherche mené en 2024 et 2025 sur l'influence mutuelle de l'intercréativité (co-construction de l'histoire) avec le flow collectif, en situations d'apprentissage ludo-fictionnelles.
