Abstract

Traditionnellement, l'entrepreneur est associé à un acteur qui participe au changement de la société par son activité entrepreneuriale. Toutefois ce changement ne signifie pas qu'il souhaite répondre aux défis sociétaux actuels. Cet article vise à identifier les motivations à changer le monde des entrepreneurs de demain, à travers l'étude des motivations des étudiants-entrepreneurs. Une étude empirique menée auprès de 210 d'étudiants-entrepreneurs inscrits au sein de pôles entrepreneuriaux de l'enseignement supérieur français révèle leurs motivations et les profils de ceux qui soutiennent une cause sociale et/ou environnementale. L'article propose des pistes pour favoriser l'engagement de ces étudiants-entrepreneurs vers l'entrepreneuriat à impact.
