Abstract

Duplicity. Behind an apparent and extreme kindness, for some, lies a very different face for others: that of ambition and manipulation. Kindness is reserved for those who can be levers for career advancement. Manipulation, even harassment, targets those who hold a coveted position. For the manipulated, the unconscious suffering is all the more intense because the source is not always immediately identifiable.
