Abstract

Dans cet article, nous montrons comment deux fonctions essentielles – le contrôle de gestion et les ressources humaines – participent au contrôle organisationnel (CO) de projets innovants. Nous avons analysé le cas d'un réaménagement des espaces de travail pour le service Recherche et Développement (R&D) d'une entreprise industrielle de haute technologie. L'étude met en évidence la pertinence de l'ensemble des leviers de contrôle pour les projets d'innovation et souligne l'importance de les articuler de manière cohérente à différents niveaux de l'organisation dans le respect de la culture de l'entreprise. La contribution des fonctions support au CO se traduit par un contrôle interactif horizontal fondé sur la complémentarité coordonnée de leurs processus fonctionnels et une position de méta-contrôle.
