Abstract

La collaboration est un facteur essentiel de la performance de l'activité de conception. Cette collaboration intervient entre des acteurs pourvus d'expertises variées, provenant de différents métiers et qui forment ainsi un véritable réseau au sein du projet de conception dont il convient de gérer avec efficacité le suivi et la capitalisation des informations échangées. Dans un souci d'accroissement de la qualité globale et de la performance de l'activité de conception, la mise en place d'outils de gestion des compétences est aujourd'hui nécessaire. Cependant, cette gestion, en conception collaborative, doit répondre à de nombreux challenges. Cet article présente différentes solutions pour y répondre.
