Abstract

Cette communication se propose d'interroger les apports potentiels de l'Intelligence Artificielle pour la chaîne logistique humanitaire. De prime abord, les organisations humanitaires sont plutôt sceptiques quant à l'apport de l'Intelligence artificielle pour la logistique humanitaire. D'où l'intérêt d'effectuer une première exploration de la littérature académique sur ce sujet. Les articles retenus sont en nombre restreint et ont fait l'objet d'une analyse du contenu de leur texte. Dans ces articles, il n'est fait mention d'aucun usage effectif et l'IA est considérée comme une technologie émergente et disruptive. Toutefois, les potentialités de l'IA ont été étudiées à partir de l'analyse d'une catastrophe majeure au Mexique et à partir d'enquêtes auprès de responsables d'ONG au Pakistan et en Inde. Les principaux apports potentiels résulteraient notamment des possibilités de traitement de données massives issues du terrain des opérations, des flux logistiques de matières et d'informations, des flux financiers et des réseaux sociaux.
