Abstract

Pour faire face à l'enjeu croissant de l'attractivité des organisations et des territoires, de nouvelles initiatives en matière de Gestion des Ressources Humaines Territoriale ont émergé ces dernières années : les Plateformes d'Attractivité et d'Emploi Territoriale (PAET). Via ces dispositifs, les organisations employeuses s'interrogent sur leur marque employeur et se regroupent pour construire ensemble ce qui peut être considéré comme une « Marque Employeur Territoriale » (MET) (Loufrani-Fédida, 2018, 2020 ; Evon et Hulin, 2020). Cette communication propose un focus sur un cas de Plateforme afin de proposer l'amorce d'un cadre d'analyse à partir de ce nouveau type de dispositifs. Nous mobilisons la théorie de l'acteur-réseau (Akrich et al., 2006) et le concept de tercéisation (Xhauflair et Pichault, 2010, 2012) pour montrer que le développement d'une PAET permet d'améliorer la compréhension de la MET.
