Abstract

À partir d'une recherche-action qualitative portant sur un dispositif inter-organisationnel d'accompagnement-formation à la gestion des emplois et des compétences dans le secteur du grand âge et du handicap, nous identifions une ingénierie territoriale de l'employeurabilité à trois niveaux : gouvernance, processus et contenu. Elle nécessite une gouvernance territoriale qui s'appuie sur les situations de gestion RH, un processus de traduction et de tercéisation et un leadership méso-territorial.
