Abstract

Cette recherche s'intéresse à l'émergence de l'Innovation Sociale Territoriale (IST) en mettant en lumière ses apports dans la compréhension des pratiques de GRH-T. Sur la base des travaux d'Ingham (2018) et de Peres (2020) une grille de lecture de l'innovation sociale territoriale est proposée. L'innovation sociale territoriale, peu investiguée par les recherches en GRH, pourrait préfigurer une GRH-T de demain. Ainsi, la question que nous posons est la suivante : De quel renouveau dans la compréhension des pratiques de GRH-T, l'innovation sociale territoriale est-elle porteuse ?
