Abstract

Des chercheurs ont montré que le sentiment d'une politique RH à deux vitesses a des répercussions négatives sur ceux qui se sentent délaissés : leur implication au travail et leur attachement affectif à l'entreprise diminuent. Par conséquent, différencier les salariés est une arme à double tranchant. Si ceux qui s'estiment laissés pour compte baissent les bras, cela peut limiter, neutraliser voire dépasser les gains provenant de ceux qui se sentent valorisés.disaient ! Vous aurez du beau monde !
