Abstract

« Ce n'est pas marqué sur le front des salariés s'ils sont homos ou hétéros ! » s'était exclamé le DRH d'un groupe industriel, il y a quelques années, face à des collaborateurs demandant à leur employeur de financer leur char à la Gay Pride. Il affirmait en creux qu'il ne pouvait y avoir de discrimination suivant l'orientation sexuelle dans l'entreprise puisque personne ne savait qui était homosexuel ou hétérosexuel ! Ce DRH avait à la fois tort et raison.
