Abstract

Education D'abord est une entreprise pionnière dans le secteur des technologies éducatives, spécialisée dans le développement de logiciels éducatifs innovants qui visent à révolutionner l'apprentissage et l'enseignement tout en respectant des valeurs telles que durabilité, éthique des pratiques, réduction de l'empreinte carbone. Le cas présente des problématiques portant sur deux axes. Le premier concerne la mise en place d'un nouveau produit sur le marché : difficulté des prévisions au démarrage et dysfonctionnements à court terme (N+1). Le deuxième concerne le suivi des indicateurs (financiers, engagement client, qualité produit, process) et leur évolution selon la situation de l'entreprise.
