Abstract

Il s'agit d'un jeu de rôle impliquant trois équipes d'étudiants. Chaque équipe joue le rôle d'un service au sein de l'entreprise EcoLight. Le jeu de rôles permet d'aborder les négociations budgétaires dans les entreprises. L'objectif est de travailler des compétences primordiales au reporting, des soft skills (présentation orale, discussion, argumentaire pour atteindre l'objectif de son service, négociations en cas de conflits). Le contexte est celui d'une entreprise dans le secteur de l'éclairage écologique qui envisage de s'étendre sur le marché international. Les trois équipes doivent en premier présenter la vision de chacune leur service pour ce nouveau marché, avant de discuter le budget et sa répartition entre les différents services. Elles ont besoin de coopérer pour décider de l'allocation budgétaire (avec des objectifs divergents entre les trois équipes).
