Cas pédagogique (CG0724-5) : Le service RH de Pharma Gamm face à l'absentéisme

Abstract

Pharma Gamm est une industrie pharmaceutique spécialisée dans la fabrication des médicaments génériques depuis 1980. La direction souhaite revoir sa stratégie Ressources Humaines à la suite d'un audit social peu concluant. Le cas présente des problématiques portant sur l'absentéisme : calculer l'impact financier de l'absentéisme, construire et faire évoluer les tableaux de bord selon une problématique RPS, comprendre et analyser les ratios. L'objectif est d'utiliser les outils de contrôle de gestion (Tableau de bord) pour comprendre et commenter chacune des problématiques et résoudre les dysfonctionnements en proposant les indicateurs de performance (cible, fréquence...). Etant dans le cas d'une entreprise qui a identifié des risques psycho-sociaux. Ce cas permet d'apprécier les réactions d'un service RH face à cette situation en gardant toujours une optique de contrôle de gestion.
