Abstract

Il s'agit d'un jeu de rôle impliquant deux équipes d'étudiants. Chaque équipe joue le rôle d'une unité dans le groupe City Health, pour aborder les négociations budgétaires ainsi que la politique environnementale dans les entreprises. Après un travail de préparation de la réunion entre l'équipe 1 (membres de l'hôpital) et l'équipe 2 (le comité stratégique international), celle-ci se déroule selon un ordre du jour précisé au préalable. L'objectif est de travailler des compétences primordiales au reporting, des soft skills. Le contexte est celui de la mise en place d'une stratégie environnementale. Le groupe envoie aujourd'hui un comité international venant du siège pour discuter le budget de l'hôpital d'une part et définir un plan d'action environnemental d'autre part.
