Abstract

Rénovéo est une PME spécialisée dans la gestion durable des matériaux et des déchets industriels. Ce cas fictif permet d'approfondir ses connaissances de la mise en place stratégique des prix de cession interne (désormais PCI). Depuis les calculs classiques pour apprécier les différentes hypothèses de calcul des PCI jusqu'à l'appréciation stratégique des décisions prises par la direction jusqu'à une analyse plus approfondie en associant les PCI aux responsabilités sociales et environnementales des entreprises.
