Abstract

L'industrie textile, parmi les plus polluantes au monde, est contrainte de se réinventer pour limiter son impact et favoriser une économie circulaire. En France, seul un tiers des textiles non réutilisables est recyclé, souvent pour des usages peu valorisants, tandis que le recyclage fibre à fibre reste quasi inexistant à l'échelle mondiale. Dans ce contexte, structurer une filière française du recyclage textile devient une priorité. En Normandie, la Communauté d'Agglomération des Rives de Seine voit émerger une opportunité stratégique : accueillir un acteur innovant du recyclage textile. Quatre entreprises se positionnent, attirées par le potentiel du territoire. Laquelle incarne au mieux l'alliance entre ambition écologique et relance économique locale ?
