Abstract

Génération X, Y ou Z, boomers ou alphas… le discours sur les générations est omniprésent chez certains experts du management. Pourtant, il est aussi très critiqué pour son manque de solidité scientifique. Plus grave, en confondant âge et génération, il est la porte ouverte à des pratiques de discriminations condamnées par la loi.
