« Le jeans, les baskets, c'est pas chez nous, ça c'est clair ! » Ce directeur d'agence, que nous avons interrogé dans le cadre de nos récents travaux de recherche, explicite l'existence d'une convention régie par un ensemble de « dress codes » (codes vestimentaires) dans le secteur bancaire.
