Abstract

Cette recherche explore l'adoption des innovations managériales (IM) via une approche processuelle, remettant en question le modèle linéaire, séquentiel et rationnel dominant. A travers l'analyse des rôles des agents impliqués, elle met en lumière les boucles de rétroaction, les chevauchements et les ajustements continus qui caractérisent ce processus, influencé par des facteurs institutionnels, culturels et organisationnels. L'étude s'appuie sur deux cas longitudinaux : une grande entreprise et une PME qui ont respectivement adopté des IM (lean management et l'entreprise libérée). Cette recherche enrichit la littérature en proposant un modèle dynamique et itératif de l'adoption d'une IM, loin des simplifications séquentielles actuelles, et valorise les interactions contextuelles et humaines.
