Abstract

Les Risques Psycho-Sociaux (RPS) constituent un problème majeur pour la santé des employés. Ils se caractérisent par leurs sources et conséquences multiples. Peu de recherches ont examiné les méthodes de diagnostics et leur efficacité ainsi que les perspectives qui en découlent. La plupart des données disponibles sont particulièrement axées sur les industries de plus de 1000 salariés avec peu d'informations afférant à leur contexte et les modalités de mise en œuvre.En France, en 2007, le risque psychosocial (RPS) représentait la première cause de consultation pour pathologie professionnelle. Aujourd'hui, il constitue la deuxième cause d'arrêt de travail. L'objectif de ce travail était de déterminer l'impact qu'a le management des risques psychosociaux sur la qualité de vie au travail, tout en traitant une étude de cas en EHPAD dans la perspective des grandes recommandations méthodologiques. Les données de la littérature et celles issues de notre étude de cas montrent l'intérêt que représente le management des risques psychosociaux pour le bien-être des salariés en général mais surtout pour les personnels des établissements de santé.
