Abstract

Quels rôles pour les ONG occidentales dans un monde en crise qui se « désoccidentalise » ?A quelques semaines de « l'anniversaire » du déclenchement, par la Russie, de la guerre en Ukraine, et alors qu'émerge dans plusieurs pays ouest-africains un sentiment « anti-français », les organisations non gouvernementales (ONG) occidentales sont de plus en plus interpellées sur leur rôle et leur positionnement.
