Abstract

La réputation des entreprises fait l'objet d'une attention croissante, de la part des entreprises elles-mêmes qui cherchent à l'améliorer ou à la préserver, mais également de la part de leurs parties prenantes. Pour les consommateurs, par exemple, la réputation d'une entreprise représente un indicateur de la qualité des produits ou des services proposés. Pour les organisations non gouvernementales (ONG), la réputation constitue un levier sur lequel elles peuvent s'appuyer pour infléchir les actions d'une entreprise, par exemple en pointant du doigt son impact social ou environnemental.
