Abstract

Cette communication, issue d'une recherche en cours, s'intéresse au concept d'antifragilité appliqué à une chaîne logistique. Nous proposons de penser la résilience comme une étape à dépasser pour cibler vers l'antifragilité. Nous nous appuyons sur une étude de cas uniquecelle de MSF logistique à Mérignac (Gironde) dont nous avons préalablement analysé et caractérisé la résilience de la chaîne logistique. A partir de la littérature et les travaux de Nassim Taleb (2012, 2013), nous confrontons les deux principaux concepts de la résilience et de l'antifragilité, puis nous proposons un agenda de recherche. Notre objectif de recherche est de proposer une grille d'analyse pour mesurer le sentiment d'antifragilité à trois niveaux : individuel, collectif et organisationnel afin de caractériser le concept d'antifragilité pour une chaîne logistique.
