Abstract

Ce chapitre explore la dynamique et les caractéristiques des marchés du travail africains, qui constituent l'un des principaux facteurs d'inégalité en Afrique. Les marchés du travail créent des inégalités de deux manières. Premièrement, en déterminant qui obtient un emploi et qui n'en obtient pas, et deuxièmement, par la répartition des revenus entre les personnes qui ont un emploi.
