Abstract

Le partage de la valeur ajoutée est un enjeu central dans les débats sociaux et économiques, surtout en période d'inflation et de crises. En 2023, une nouvelle loi vise à encourager la mise en place de dispositifs de partage de la valeur ajoutée dans toutes les entreprises, mettant un accent particulier sur les TPE-PME. Bien qu'elles jouent un rôle essentiel dans la création de valeur nationale, ces dernières partagent généralement moins de valeur avec leurs employés comparativement aux grandes entreprises. Ce constat s'explique par des difficultés financières et des challenges de gestion. La méthode de management socio-économique propose des outils et pratiques en se concentrant sur l'identification et le recyclage des coûts-performances cachés en valeur ajoutée, rendant ainsi visible un potentiel inexploité pour améliorer le partage de la valeur ajoutée dans l'entreprise tout en renforçant son pilotage socio-économique.
