Abstract

Ce point de vue analyse les spécificités de la GRH dans les petites économies insulaires (PEI) en mobilisant la théorie de l'encastrement pour dépasser les approches culturalistes classiques. Il démontre comment l'exiguïté des marchés, l'isolement et les structures sociales traditionnelles contraignent les relations d'emploi et exacerbent les pénuries de compétences. Il met en évidence la nécessité de stratégies RH situées, valorisant la résilience territoriale, le capital social et la coopération pour surmonter ces vulnérabilités structurelles
