Abstract

Ce congrès portera sur le thème : Normes, Représentations et Comportements.Pour le 46e congrès de l'AFC, une réflexion sera portée autour de la trialectique Normes, Représentations et Comportements. Tout d'abord, les normes peuvent induire des comportements multiples, parfois autonomes, détournés, voire non désirés, en permettant l'expérimenta on ou en mettant en jeu des questions de responsabilité. Cet appel à communications invite ainsi à penser les distorsions entre le but recherché et leurs concrétisations dans le comportement des acteurs, les stratégies de réponse adoptées par les entreprises, voire les tensions, les transgressions, les résistances et controverses, les contradictions entre normes.
