Abstract

Cette contribution analyse les sciences de gestion à travers 50 ans de publication d'articles réflexifs dans la Rfg. En mobilisant différents régimes de science, nous montrons qu'en raison de son « adolescence », l'hétérogénéité des transformations à l'œuvre confère aux sciences de gestion francophones une position de discipline jouvence. Notre analyse dévoile que cette hétérogénéité repose sur une recherche d'autonomie conjuguée à un manque de reconnaissance, sur une quête de visibilité, une praxis contestée et la volonté de s'immiscer dans l'action publique.
