Abstract

This conference was part of the sessions of the French Academy of Agriculture (Paris, September 17, 2025). Proposed by members of Section 3 of the Academy (René Baumont and Françoise Médale), the session was entitled: "Organic Livestock Farming: Today and Tomorrow." Among the presentations delivered by various speakers within this framework, this one focused on the dynamics of the market for organic animal products in France.
