It starts by exploring the sector's genesis, focusing on the initial developments that set the stage for subsequent transformations. A significant aspect of this evolution is the concentration phenomenon, which highlights how mergers and acquisitions reshaped the landscape, creating a more consolidated and competitive market. The paper delves into the impact of technological innovations, emphasizing how advancements in medical technology influenced the operations and strategies of private clinics.
