Abstract

Ce chapitre propose d'apporter des éclairages sur la phase cruciale de l'entrée dans la carrière académique. Il articule les témoignages de trois jeunes enseignants-chercheurs exerçant leurs fonctions au sein d'institutions diverses – université, école de commerce, École normale supérieure – et met en lumière les principaux points que les auteurs souhaitent porter à l'attention des jeunes docteurs souhaitant se lancer dans la voie académique en s'intéressant au choix du premier poste ainsi qu'aux stratégies à déployer lors des premières années et sur le plus long terme.
