La ludopédagogie dans l'approche par compétences en BUT Informatique : cas d'enseignements en sciences de gestion

Abstract

Avec l'introduction de l'Approche par Compétences (APC) dans les universités, en particulier au sein des Instituts Universitaires de Technologie (IUT), l'enseignement et l'évaluation doivent être repensés pour s'aligner sur les nouveaux référentiels. Ces évolutions entraînent des modifications des processus pédagogiques et, de manière implicite, des pratiques de travail. Cette recherche s'intéresse à l'intégration des outils ludopédagogiques, tels que les jeux de société, les jeux de rôle et les jeux vidéo, dans le cadre du Bachelor Universitaire de Technologie (BUT) en informatique. Son objectif est d'analyser leur efficacité dans l'acquisition des compétences attendues. L'étude s'appuie sur une analyse des jeux utilisés afin d'identifier leur contribution aux apprentissages fondamentaux et aux composantes clés des compétences visées. Les premiers résultats indiquent que l'usage des jeux doit être soigneusement conçu pour assurer une cohérence avec les objectifs de l'APC. Bien que ces outils puissent constituer un levier pour l'évaluation des compétences, leur mise en œuvre requiert une approche méthodique afin d'éviter tout décalage avec les attentes pédagogiques. Enfin, cette étude formule des recommandations pour améliorer l'intégration de la ludopédagogie dans l'enseignement supérieur.
